General Information

Prices:
Please see our separate price list. All seed prices are subject to change without notice. Freight charges are additional. All items are offered subject to crop failures, shortages or other factors beyond our control, and availability upon receipt of order. Our seed prices are wholesale, for the Trade only. For our mutual convenience and protection, please do not lend our pricing information to anyone not entitled to Florist or Wholesale prices. This pricing supersedes any previous published pricing. All prices are per M (1000 seeds) in US dollars.

Minimums:
Minimum seed order is $50 per invoice (domestic orders,) $150 per invoice (international orders.). Please group your orders to meet this minimum.

Returns:
All requests for seed returns must be made to Gloeckner at 1.800.345.3787. Authorization for return of seed must be arranged within 15 days of our ship date. Seed packages must be returned to our stock unopened and unpunctured in original condition within 30 days of our ship date to receive any credit, or be subject to a restocking charge. Seed out of our storage longer than 60 days will be refused and returned at customer’s expense. Returned seed, when authorized, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns of PRIMED or SPECIALLY ordered seed cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for seed returns until it reaches our office.
