"La Belle" Ranunculus and "La Beau" Anemones
While there is nothing new about either Ranunculus or Anemones, the breeding work within these two crops has continued. Today there really are significant improvements within the Ranunculus and Anemones over older selections, which has created a brand new interest in both of these crops, which by the way, perform ideally under low temperature conditions.

The "La Belle" Ranunculus
offer many improvements over older series. Flowers that are 100 % DOUBLE, Homogeneous Colors, Uniform Flowering, High Winter Production, Tall Sturdy Stems, Large Flowers, and 20 colors to choose from.

The "La Beau" Anemones
also offer improvements over older series. The "La Beau" series are tetraploids, and thus provide all of the desirable characteristics that tetraplopid plants provide such as stronger thicker stems; with larger flowers and more petal substance. In addition, the "La Beau" Anemones flower early in the season allowing growers to bring flowers to the market when prices are at there best.

Using this series will yield higher profits per square foot due to increased production, and lower production cost due to the energy savings these COOL GROWING crops provide.

It's not to late to place your order for either, or both of these crops. The cultural requirements are quite similar which allow both the "La Belle" Ranunculus and "La Beau" Anemones to be produced in the same growing zone. Selection is still good and we begin shipping in late August.
